This is a large one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in World Wide Plaza. It is a luxury condominium building with 24 hour doormen & elevators

The building is an entire block, from 49th to 50th Street, from 8th to 9th Avenue. Broadway and Times Square are very close to the apartment. Central Park (59th Street)is also within walking distance. There are 2 residential towers and one office tower, with a nice courtyard in the center, a health club on the lower level, and restaurants in the middle.

This spacious apartment has plenty of room for 4 guests.

There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room pulls out into a Queen size sofa bed with pump, (becomes a real bed in less than a minute, is very comfortable). There is also a chair which opens into a bed, for a child or smaller person. Rollaway beds can also be provided if necessary.
